1. What kind of coaching do you offer?
We offer personalized coaching that combines calisthenics, weightlifting, mobility training, and lifestyle support. It’s mostly remote online coaching with some exceptions such as VIP coaching.
2. Do you work with beginners or only advanced clients?
We work with all fitness levels—from absolute beginners to seasoned athletes. Every plan is personalized to your current ability and goals.
3. What makes your coaching different from others?
We don’t offer generic plans. Also, we don’t work with many people at once. Only about 10 at a given month– that means you will have the highest quality service possible. No burnt out coach or impossible schedule to fit into. You get individual attention, accountability, and a holistic approach focused on sustainable strength, mobility, and well-being—not just aesthetics.
4. Can I train with you if I’m not from the USA?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide through my online coaching system, with regular check-ins, video demonstrations, and personalized feedback.
5. Do you offer coaching for busy professionals with unpredictable schedules?
Absolutely. We specialize in working with high-performance professionals who need efficient, adaptable training routines that fit their calendar.
6. Can you help me with stress management and energy optimization?
Yes. Our coaching includes tools to improve recovery, sleep quality, breathing, and mental focus—essential for managing energy, not just burning it.
7. Do you do corporate wellness or private group coaching?
Yes, we offer corporate programs and private group coaching on request. These are tailored to the needs of your team or inner circle.
8. Can you travel for in-person coaching (e.g. VIP clients)?
Yes. For high-level packages or VIP clients, travel options can be discussed individually.

Programs & Customization
9. Do you offer custom workout programs?
Yes, every program labeled as “custom made” is 100% custom-built for your goals, equipment, and training history. This means– no templates or generic PDFs.
10. Is the nutrition plan included in the coaching?
Yes. We provide tailored nutrition guidance, including calorie/macro targets and meal ideas—built around your lifestyle and preferences.
11. Can I train at my own gym ?
You can train anywhere—your local gym, home gym, outdoors, or while traveling. Your plan adapts to your environment.
12. How often do the plans get updated or changed?
Plans are updated weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, based on your progress, feedback, and personal schedule. We adjust continuously to keep you moving forward.
13. What’s the difference between 1:1 online coaching and online program?
1:1 coaching includes real-time sessions with coach Sam, over video and everything that online programs do. Online program provides personalized workouts, check-ins, and support and nutrition—but without live sessions.
14. Do you offer full meal plans or general nutrition guidance?
We provide flexible frameworks and also strict meal plans depending on person and circumstances. You’ll get macro targets, sample meals, and guidance tailored to your preferences and goals.
15. What happens after I sign up—do you do assessments or an onboarding call?
Yes. Every client starts with a personal consultation, onboarding forms, and movement analysis (in person (VIP) or by video). This ensures we build the right foundation from day one.
16. How will we track and measure progress—with photos, metrics, check-ins?
Yes. We use check-ins, physical metrics, photos, training logs, and subjective feedback to measure your progress over time.
17. What if I have injuries or health conditions?
We’ll adapt the training plan around any injuries or limitations. I have experience coaching clients with back issues, joint pain, and other post-rehab needs.
18. Can you help me lose fat/build muscle/increase strength/move better?
Yes, depending on your priority, we’ll focus on one or a mix of these goals with the right balance of training, nutrition, and recovery strategies.

Booking & Scheduling
19. How do I book a consultation or training session?
You can book directly through our website or booking link. Once you select a time, I’ll confirm or decline and send onboarding steps.
20. How far in advance do I need to book?
For in-person (VIP) coaching, 2 weeks in advance is ideal, but it depends on what country you’re in. For online coaching, onboarding starts within 48 hours of sign-up.
21. Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice. Anything later is considered a late cancellation.
22. What’s your cancellation or no-show policy?
1 on 1 sessions canceled under 12 hours are charged. If the session is only moved around with definitive alternative you won’t be charged, even if you do so 1 hour before the call. Same applies for VIP’s.
23. Can I book sessions for early mornings, weekends, or holidays?
Yes. We offer early morning and weekend sessions. Holiday availability is limited and depends on the holiday, but possible with early planning.
24. How much time per week do you typically spend on each client?
Every client receives focused attention, typically 3-5 hours per week through check-ins, plan updates, feedback, and communication—plus live sessions if included. So it can go up to 13 hours per client per week or for professional/ aspiring athletes even 20 hours weekly.

Pricing & Payments
25. How much does coaching cost?
Prices vary depending on format (online or in-person), frequency, and package length. Most clients invest between $300–€900/month. Full pricing is discussed during the discovery call.
26. Are there any discounts or bundles available?
Yes. You can save with 3-month or 6-month commitments. Bundled sessions also come with added bonuses or extended support. All bonuses are individually discussed. The more you commit, the more extras we give.
27. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Payoneer (you don’t need to sign up to their account), PayPal, Binance Pay (ETH or BTC). UAE clients can pay locally.
28. Can I pay in AED / EUR / USD?
Yes. I accept payments in AED, EUR, GBP or USD depending on your country and preferred method.
29. Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?
Yes, there is a 1 hour long, free session included in every custom made subscription, I offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for online coaching. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll refund you.*

30. What if I don’t reach my goals?
If you’re consistent and open to feedback, we’ll adjust until you do. You’ll never be left without support or direction.

Tools, Tech & Communication
31. Do I need any special apps or equipment?
No special apps required. You’ll need a phone or laptop, and some basic training equipment (like dumbbells, barbell, or rings). Plans are adapted to your setup. Tripod and bluetooth headphones are recommended.
32. How do you deliver the training plans (PDF, app, video)?
Coach Sam uses a combination of Apple Pages docs with video input, custom PDFs, Apple Numbers app or platforms like Trainerize—with video demos and instructions included.
33. Can I access your programs on my phone or laptop?
Yes. Everything is mobile- and desktop-friendly, so you can view your plan wherever you are.
34. Do you offer support between sessions?
Yes. We offer ongoing support via WhatsApp, email, or almost any platform you prefer. You can ask questions, send updates, or check in anytime.
35. What platforms do you use for communication (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)?
Primarily WhatsApp, Google Meet and Trainerize. Sam also uses Apple’s ecosystem for various aspects of his work. If you prefer another platform, we’ll make it work.

36. Are you certified, and can I see client testimonials?

37. How long until I see results?
You’ll typically feel changes within 2–3 weeks and see physical results in 4–6 weeks. Full transformation takes 3–6 months with consistency. These numbers are heavily generalized.
38. Do you track progress over time?
Yes. Together we would track metrics, performance, physique changes, energy levels, and more—with regular reviews and adjustments.
39. What if I travel or get too busy to train?
Your plan can be paused, adapted for bodyweight or hotel workouts, or modified for lower-frequency training. We stay flexible.*
